Charalambos was born on 31/12/1916 in Eptakomi. He went to the primary school and then became a farmer. He married Laura Panteli they had one child.
He was arrested on 15 August and taken along with other fellow villagers to the prisons in Galateia. He was freed on the same evening and returned to the village where he was placed in a house being patrolled by a Turkish soldier.
